This week's caller is from Nepal, but has been living in the USA for the last five years. 2020 was an exceptionally hard time for her, and she finds herself feeling stressed and anxious about her family back in Nepal, where the Coronavirus is spreading and the healthcare is not the best. My friend Giannina is joining me for this episode to share how she has dealt with anxiety this past year as an international student trying to navigate her way through online classes, quarantine, and being 3,500 miles from her family in Peru.
