What is a Desk Adjuster?  There are a few roles:

• file review
• desk adjuster
• writer/VA
• QA
• staff adjuster

How to get this kind of work:

• field deployment is still most common first step for traditional desk adjuster/file reviewer role
• writer role can be had out of the gate as long as you have good Xactimate, construction, and policy skills
• QA requires a lot of experience and knowledge
• file reviewer requires some experience
