EPISODE 6When everyone is picking out their word of the year, almost every person with ADHD will want to pick “Consistency” because we're just not so good at it! I challenged that belief and I don't quite subscribe to that anymore because it's not very realistic for me. In the previous episode, I talked about how inconsistency shows up for me, how it personally affects me and shared some ways on how we can shift the narratives. In this episode, I shared a little bit about how I do this with my business, why being persistent is more important than being consistent and some tangible tips to implement it in your business.Disclaimer: I am not a mental health professional. I am not licensed or certified, but I'm just sharing my personal experience as someone diagnosed with ADHD.
