So who am I? I love to write and paint, I go to therapy, I have anxiety and mild depression, and I love Sailor Moon and Critical Role. I know - that doesn't really tell you much.

Why should you listen to my podcast? Maybe you're going through some hard times right now, maybe you're a struggling artist, maybe you're having a hard time finding a reason to get out of bed every morning, maybe you feel lost and unsure of your goals or purpose in life. The whole idea behind Self-Actualization encompasses self-expression through whatever medium you choose, owning your beliefs and worldviews, loving what you love without shame or fear, embracing vulnerability... And here's the hardest part: learning to love yourself.
