Hi everyone, this is a brief introduction to the journey of healing and navigating life as a HSP black woman . I really wanted to speak from my heart and share my thoughts in the moment for the first episode. This is very raw and impromptu because I just felt convicted to speak today. I look forward to connecting and growing.

This podcast will be a guide and a deep insight into the mind , and experience of a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) / Highly Intuitive Black Woman . Understanding and accepting that you show up in this world differently and gaining tools to better navigate life in dating /relationships, self-care, business etc. with this type of experience while also learning to use it as an advantage in these spaces that were previously intimidating and uncomfortable.
