Ace Your Life: Why am I doing this??

One of the definitions that I love of the word "ACE" is this: someone who is dazzlingly skilled in any field. That's how I want you to feel about your life. I want you to feel dazzlingly skilled about it. This podcast is about choosing to feel good in your life every single day. We will talk about daily favorite things, how fitness and meditation can change your life, and infusing little pockets of joy all day long. Stop waiting around for people to read your mind to be happy. Go grab a coffee or take the dogs for a walk while you listen, and let's go figure it out together! Hosted on Acast.
