As I garden and grow flowers and vegetables, I’m often gaining lessons from my observations. While watching the development of the plant, I see the root system as the foundation of the plant for it’s life. Like plants, our foundation is that which keeps us humbled. It is from our foundation that we receive our grounding and fortification. It helps to strengthen us as we grow and develop strong frame and backbone to support us throughout our lives.
