Having done nearly 70 episodes now since I started this podcast, I’ve noticed all the traders I get to chat to have this in common: they’re grounded, humble and self-aware, not at all flashy and loud. In fact, the vast majority don’t even talk about making money, their focus is on the mental and physical qualities they work on in order to improve their edge.
