Paige Bechtle speaks with Valentin Haack, Experience Designer at BCG Digital Ventures, in their London office.  Hear Valentin talk about how he first made his way to the United States to study at SCAD - The University for Creative Careers,  and the journey there which led him to explore possible majors before  choosing the new, at the time, program of Service Design.

Valentin  has been able to combine his early graphic design experience in Germany  merged with a love for technology and an appreciation for the end-user  and their experience- from the often overlooked detail through the  grandest gesture- to craft a career path for himself within the world of  Service Design and user experience.
