Joe Mathews spent years searching for God, questioning what was real, and asking for evidence. Then he challenged God directly: “Hit me right between the eyes.”Joe believed God existed, but he struggled to understand why a God who was supposedly everywhere seemed so hidden. His search led him through Eastern spirituality, séances, Ouija boards, and other spiritual experiences before he eventually walked into a Christian meeting he almost left.After responding to an invitation to follow Jesus, Joe says he felt the force of a blow directly between his eyes that sent him several feet backward.
