Pursuing a shared vision within a global company is no small feat, and we know that to achieve this vision we need to lean on each other and provide an inclusive environment in which all employees can thrive. As we aim to deliver a world-class employee experience, it is critical that we hear the “voice” of our employees, and understand our strengths and areas of opportunity. As we aim to make Ball and its employees more successful, and in the midst of our 2022 Engagement Survey, we are zeroing in on employee experience as a key area of focus.
