Dr. Rob Thomas is Regents Professor of Geology at University of Montana-Western. In addition to many achievements as a researcher and teacher, Rob led a years-long effort to fundamentally change the way his university conceives and delivers education. It's an inspiring story and it reminds us that institutional change is possible.
