A lot of adults have poor communication skills. I don't mean to say that in a finger pointing way. I used to really suck at communicating and all of my frustrations came out in a big outburst of anger. I've come a long way. In this episode I talk about how poor communication skills can keep us from a good thing and where I think we learned it from.
