Welcome to the show. Today, we are talking about one of the most difficult things we will ever have to do -- saying goodbye. Whether it's to a loved one, a place, or a phase in our lives, saying goodbye is never easy. And when it's someone as close as a sister, the pain and grief can be overwhelming. Today, we are sharing a story about a my journey through grief after losing my sister. For me, January 5th marks the third anniversary of that loss, and I share how I has navigated the ups and downs of mourning and how my sister continues to be a presence in my life. I hope that by sharing this story, I can provide some comfort and support to anyone who is also going through the difficult process of saying goodbye.
