Constable Andrew Hong was tragically killed in the line of duty on September 12th, 2022. He was just 48 years old. Constable Hong was conducting officer training when the heinous event took place. Constable Hong was a dedicated and hard-working police officer who was loved by his colleagues and community. He is said to be have been a "gentle giant" of a man. This episode is a tribute to Constable Andrew Hong, and a reminder that we must never forget the sacrifices made by our police officers.
It also confronts the callous nature of online rhetoric that surrounds our police officers, especially during times such as these.
