Hi folks, it's been awhile since I've wrapped up my trip but I had one more interview I felt like sharing! I was lucky enough to sit down with Dr. Issac Felemovicius. Dr. "Fele" as most people call him is one of the smartest and most well rounded people I have ever had the pleasure of sitting down with. We talk how food affects our health, as well as his background in food.
