Sheila Stafford (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sheila-stafford-451976b/) and TeamSense have focused their mission on helping the largest part of the workforce, hourly workers, get the support that generally has been focused on the smaller part of the workforce, salaried, in-office employees.

The pandemic shifted that focus away from in-office employees, who now can work from home, to those non-desk workers who are required to go back to work outside of the home, generally. How does this shift company culture? Do we need to redefine our evaluation and hiring of these types of workers based on the shift of support?
