I’m Nita. Trauma recovery expert, speaker, and survivor of five decades of codependency, narcissistic abuse, and toxic, evil relationships.

I didn’t read this in a book — I lived it, realized I didn't want this to be the life that I lived or my legacy, and I made the courageous decision to heal. Piece by piece out of the darkness of a soul lost, adrift and disconnecting from reality I began to build the woman I dreamed of becoming.

Now I help others do the same — no fluff, no fake positivity, and no playing small.
