“Quiet Quitting” has been making its rounds around social media. It’s this new buzzword of sorts, but is it really just being adamant about setting healthy boundaries with our work and the people we work with?
I reflect on my current situation of being mindful of my boundaries in a workplace that seems to not be so encouraging of such things.
