Send us Fan Mail This week, we're back at it, tackling Sparky's ADHD forms once again! Towards the end of filling in your ADHD assessment forms, there's a section probing into how ADHD affects you across different domains like education, employment, family, finances, relaxation, and more. Join us as we dive deep into each aspect. And yes, true to form, this episode had to be split into two parts because, well, as you know by now...we tend to ramble! 114. ADHD and Spring (Springing in to Action!)

Come with us as we navigate the mind-blowing, cluster f**k that is late-diagnosis ADHD. It’s messy, overwhelming, and sometimes makes no sense… but this is what happens when you give two people with ADHD a microphone and let them spiral. We’re talking hyperfixations, random obsessions we swear are “the one”, the crashes, the chaos… and all the little moments that make you stop and think “why did I just do that?”It’s all over the place, it rarely goes how you expect, and half the time it doesn’t make sense… but somehow, it’ll probably sound familiar. There’s no structure, no perfect advice, and definitely no pretending we’ve got it all figured out. Just honest conversations about what ADHD actually feels like, the good, the bad, and everything in between… said exactly how it happens in our heads.Because sometimes all it takes is hearing someone else say it out loud to realize you’re not broken… you’re not alone. Your brain just works differently.
