Doc Rivers made a lot of questionable coaching decisions in the 2nd round game 1 of the NBA Playoffs between his team the 76ers vs Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks. A lot of coaches are getting fired but ultimately will go on to get other jobs not giving many new coaches a shot. Is it the organization and the player's fault for this?
