You might have dreamed about achieving something big or small which will make you happy, but you've lost the track of it. It could be that you got distracted, left less encouraged or something unexpected happened. Whatever it is, you can still fix it.
When it comes to making things right or directing your life to the right path, it begins by revisiting yourself. Yes, You need to make sure you are at your best, that is what individual muscle is about. There are several other words for it; personal power, self awareness, grit, nerve etc. What I am trying to point out to you is, if you take care of yourself, if you are strong emotionally, mentally and physically, the paths for your success and happiness will be more clear to you.
