On this episode, Dominic, Ben, and Chris, at long last, continue the SWU Podcast film commentary series by watching Star Wars: The Last Jedi. They discuss the various strengths and weaknesses of the film, and debate what small changes could have been made to improve the film's reception with audiences. They also discuss Luke's arc in this film and how it works with the other films (including The Rise of Skywalker). Plus, Finn's muddled arc, lots of love for Rose, a (small) debate about the Holdo maneuver, Rey and Kylo's evolving relationship, and the importance of test screenings. All this and much more! Support The SWU on Patreon Buy an SWU T-shirt Website: www.starwarsunderworld.com Facebook: www.facebook.com/swunderworld Twitter: @TheSWU Subscribe and Review on iTunes Email: swunderworld@gmail.com Voicemail: 1-410-989-1138
