Pomnyun's Answer to " A Homeless Man Is Taking Advantage of Me” Selection from a Dharma Q&A session at Northwest Library, Columbus, Ohio (Sep 13, 2018) I was raised in the Christian tradition, and believe that we are here on earth to help each other. I’m presently helping a homeless man by paying for motel room, paying for food and clothing, driving him places. However recently I feel like he’s taking advantage of me, making up stories to get more money from me. I don’t recall how Christ might have dealt with such people. And I’m wondering how somebody from your tradition might recommend.
