Philly chef Joncarl Lachman has opened a new Dutch restaurant in South Philly called Dankbaar, just in time for Valentine’s Day. He spoke with KYW Newsradio’s Hadas Kuznits about the history of Dutch cuisine in America, some of the standout dishes he’ll be offering, and some of the Dutch dance music he’ll be playing at his newest restaurant.
