Today's guest has experienced the game from nearly every angle. As a player, he was a standout goalkeeper at Lipscomb University, where he built a reputation for leadership, resilience, and professionalism. Those same qualities carried him into coaching, returning to his alma mater before making the jump to one of the premier programs in college soccer.

Now as an assistant coach at Florida State University, Micah Bledsoe works primarily with the Seminoles' goalkeepers under head coach Brian Pensky. Florida State continues to set the standard in the women's college game, capturing ACC championships, producing professional players, and competing for national titles year after year. During Micah's first season on staff, the Seminoles claimed another ACC Tournament championship, reached the NCAA Tournament for the 25th consecutive season, and saw multiple players begin their professional careers in the NWSL.

But what makes this conversation especially interesting is Micah's perspective. He's part of a new generation of goalkeeper coaches helping shape elite athletes while navigating the ever-changing landscape of college soccer, recruiting, player development, sports science, and the transfer portal.
