Mike Hussey, chief executive of Almacantar, joined LBC’s James Max in the Property Week podcast studio this week to discuss his plans for his business and the reasons why he left Land Securities.
Hussey, who set up Almacantar in 2010 following his departure from LandSecs where he was managing director of the London portfolio, his plans for his current assets, such as London’s Centre Point, and what he would like to buy.
He also discusses his view on the market, his motivations, and why he would describe himself as a “value-add kind of guy”.
