Exchequer Extravaganza Race 2023, featuring Enduro and Cross-Country Mountain Biking races, was put on March 25 and 26 by Nathan Powell of Bear Adventures and held at Barrett Cove Recreation Area in La Grange, CA. The third time must be a charm as in the first year of this 3-year-old event, I was a rookie (arguably still am) and raced and won 3rd at the Beginner. Learned a ton since then. Here is my tell-all.
