I love this podcast for so many reasons, but have always been fascinated and craved more knowledge about goddesses, rituals, priestesshood, and of course the divine feminine wisdom and witch culture. I’m also loving the weaving of somatic nervous system regulation practices into the learning. Casey has a very wise, engaging and lovely speaking voice that really makes her story telling quite powerful and relatable. She often speaks about the journey from maiden to mother, but as a crone, someone who has entered a different phase, I find it a wonderful podcast to feel held by your own feminine power, where ever you are in your journey. Give it a listen, highly recommend especially now in these dark times, women need more ways to rise up and be inspired.
