Three years ago, after being a devout Protestant for over 30 years, I began seeking answers about the Catholic faith I had left as a little girl. I made an appointment with Fr. Vigoa, and he spent almost two hours patiently answering all my questions. My spiritual well-being — and my eternity — mattered that much to him. Soon after, I was confirmed Catholic. Fr. Vigoa’s homilies, teachings, and now his daily podcasts have helped strengthen and deepen my relationship with Jesus. He teaches the Word of God with truth, clarity, patience, and authority — never sugarcoating or compromising the Gospel. This is why I trust and respect him so much. His teachings bring me to tears, convict my heart, and leave me feeling completely filled with the Holy Spirit. If you truly want to grow spiritually, know Jesus more deeply, or learn about the Catholic faith, I strongly recommend listening to this podcast. And if you are in Miami, visit his parish. I’m a student graduating from UM in a few weeks, and this podcast will be so nice to have! I’ll miss Father Vigoa’s homilies on Sundays, but I’m so glad I’ll still be able to listen to them! So convicting, and I love that he pushes all of us to be better as followers of Christ!
