I took a recent road trip and listened to all of Jess’ 8 shows thus far - I loved them!! They are on topics that everyone is interested in learning more about- she teaches the science in a way that makes it easy to understand and relate to- she encourages and advocates for the listener in a way that is authentic and genuine! Definitely recommend!

Jessica does such a great job of making difficult concepts very accessible. I am a clinical dietitian who has struggled with PCOS, insulin resistance, stress, weight gain and infertility. I have been dealing with the broken medical system for years and struggle with advocating well for myself. Jessica’s lived experiences and ability to find answers is inspiring and empowering. Hormonal balance is so important but also so intimidating. I appreciate Jessica’s approach and look forward to each episode!

Finally! Real talk about women’s health
I’ve been struggling with symptoms of hormonal imbalance for years now. After seeing so many doctors and specialist and most of my lab work coming back “within normal range” I was so frustrated. I love how Jess empowers us to do our own research and trust our body. Baby Steps to a Better You!
I’m writing this review to tell everyone about the transformation that I’ve seen in my daughter Jess, over the last 10 years. She is very passionate about taking control of her health and as a result, she has seen such a positive change in the way she feels and looks—without any medications. Women with PCOS often experience problems with fertility and weight gain. With an active lifestyle and better diet, Jess was able to have children without any medical intervention. Her experience has now led her to share this change with other women in hopes that they too will experience positive changes in the way they feel. Even baby steps lead us to better health. I’m very much looking forward to the upcoming episodes of Vital Balance with Jess!

Everyone woman Needs Jess!
Advocacy for woman’s health! I’m in healthcare and certainly believe in Western Medicine, but I believe in combining western/holistic methods called integrative medicine. Western care often begins after the disease is present. Holistic care often prevents disease through diet, exercise, emotional balance and energy alignment. It’s great to have an advocate!
