I live in the Twin Cities - and am vegan - so I’ve loved Vegan East and their baked goods since the beginning. This podcast is so interesting from the perspective of what goes into opening a bakery or restaurant. The thought process, the ups and downs. Easy to listen to…highly recommended. (And now after all the talk of cakes ….I need a slice!)
