Helen Mino Faukner is a professional trail runner from California, who most recently competed in the Tarawera 102k where she finished 4th female and earned her second Golden Ticket. (And ultimately, turned down her Ticket for the second time!)

Helen outlines her well-planned path upward in both distance and level of competition, and her interest in exploring different types of events; as well as knowing herself well enough to be led by a meaningful "why". We break down her experience at the Tarawera 102k, her decision not to take the Golden Ticket she earned, and what she is planning for next!
