Julie Hamulecki is an elite Canadian ultramarathoner, who recently claimed the win and the women's Canadian record for the 100 mile distance, running In this episode, Lauren and Julie discuss her history as a figure skater and classical pianist, and her unconventional entry into competitive running in her 30s.
