In this episode, a Beech Craft, C99 commuter aircraft took off from Manchester New Hampshire when the tower started noticing the plane flying erratically off course.

It turns out the cockpit door flew off the aircraft causing the pilot to lose control, while also making communications with the tower very difficult.

The plane ended up crashing in a nearby residential area.

Luckily, the sole pilot on board was injured, but survived.
