In this episode of Air Traffic Out Of Control, we have an odd one.

Delta flight 5675 from Atlanta to Hilton Head Island was sent back to the gate after taxiing out onto the runway.

It turns out a worker's hat flew off and got sucked into the engine.

Once the remains of the hat were removed from the engine, the aircraft got on with it's business and made it's way to Hilton Head.
