In this episode I go through why I would recommend running a virtual marathon. In 2022 I ran the London Marathon but I ran it virtually with my whole family around me. At the time, I was still trying to rebuild my life & the fact I was able to run my FIRST marathon surrounded by my whole family was so special to me. If you do not get a place for the next London Marathon I fully recommend you consider doing it virtually.
