The prosecution called a total of 10 witnesses to the stand on Thursday, but the day began with an emotional gut punch as the state medical examiner went over the autopsy of 8 month old Callan.  Jurors had to view the autopsy photo which prompted tears and tissues among the jury and audible sobbing from Lindsay Clancy. The prosecution then had a series of witnesses take the stand from the family pediatrician, daycare workers, and friends of the couple testify that Lindsay was tired, but a good and loving mom. Lindsay’s ex father-in-law and grandfather to the children testified that the Clancy’s were an “all American family” and he never was concerned that Lindsay could harm herself or the kids.
