The resonance of Frankie Knuckles' influence on the house music scene reverberates like the pulsing beats he expertly mixed. Recognized as the "Godfather of House Music," Frankie Knuckles wasn't just a DJ or a producer; he was a trailblazer whose influence transcended generations. As we continue our tribute to this monumental figure in Volume 2, we take a deeper look into the songs and collaborations that further solidified his legendary status.

When you listen to Lisa Stansfield's "Change," remixed by Frankie Knuckles, you're not just hearing a song; you're experiencing an emotional tapestry woven through the deft hands of a master. Knuckles had an uncanny ability to elevate any track he touched, turning them into instant classics. His remix of "Change" is a testament to this knack, making it an unforgettable part of his illustrious portfolio.

Arguably one of his most iconic collaborations came with vocal powerhouse Adeva on "Whadda U Want (From Me)." This track encapsulates what Frankie Knuckles was all about—melding powerful vocals with a beat that keeps you glued to the dance floor. His artistry made the song a standard in house music, symbolizing the epitome of what the genre could offer.
