For Divine, it was the year of realizing things that needed to be realized, ya know. She talks in-depth about her mental health struggles so, trigger warning, and the things that helped her get through this most trying time. She shares her favorite daily affirmations as well as affirmations and mantras that are helping her move on from the crappy men of the year. She also talks about ctrl, alt deleting that one man from her life, so let’s give that a big fat round of applause. finally.
