Things get heated in Arlen when a new referee joins the local youth football league — and it's none other than Peggy Hill! Tasked with enforcing the rules, Peggy quickly turns the field into her own personal courtroom, leaving parents fuming and players confused. Meanwhile, Hank tries to maintain order in the bleachers, but finds himself in conflict with Dale, who believes the ref is part of a conspiracy to rig the league.
