一對表姊妹Elaine和Micky的聊癒時光! Micky(表妹), 29歲, 母親早發性失智, 目前一邊工作一邊照顧母親。 Elaine(表姊), 常聽Micky分享照顧上生活的點滴, Micky的母親失智也常常成為家族討論的議題, 因為好奇心, 總有問不完的問題。 由於Micky每次正能量的消化每次的困境, 希望分享給更多正走在這條路上的朋友, 也因為現在越來越多失智症患者, 希望能夠為照顧者得到共鳴和力量；一般朋友能夠更友善的與失智症患者相處。 照顧方法﹑ 資源運用﹑心態調整等議題都會出現在我們的討論中, 希望能用輕鬆幽默的方式讓大家有所獲得!!!
