昭和51年、愛媛県生まれ
東京大学理学部数学科中退
全国各地で年間120回以上の勉強会、講演会を開催している。
人間関係や仕事、恋愛、家庭の問題など、様々な悩みごとの相談に乗り、仏教の教えに基づいたアドバイスをしている。
著書に「幸せのタネをまくと幸せの花が咲く1,2」(一万年堂出版)
「心がほっとするほとけさまの50の話」(三笠書房)があり、
累計30万部のベストセラーになっている。
