一般社団法人日本オートノミー協会の会員4人が、開催する、自主勉強会 せんにん会。
心理療法であるオートノミートレーニングを学ぶための二つのコース（ベーシックコース ・プラクティスコース) があり、コース終了後の4人の振り返りを、覚書のようにポッドキャストにまとめている。
せんにん会は、オートノミートレーニングを仕事や個人の生活にとりいれて、より生きやすい人生を送ることのできる人を、1000人送出しようという自主勉強会。
