我覺得美食不能只是將食物拍一張看起來很漂亮很美味的照片而已。每一個美食產生的背後, 一定有當時的人事物背景。只要兩者連結起來就會成為一幅很有深度與溫暖的畫面。

關於我
❤️世界金牌冠軍藍帶主廚～莉雅 Leah Huh
輔仁大學英美文學研究所畢業後，2010年為了實踐我烘焙的夢想啟程到法國藍帶廚藝學校，一年內考取初級，中級，高級西點證書。由於求學時期居住過英國與法國，歐式優雅的生活風格深深影響了我的創作。2012年嫁給了一位美國先生，爾後兩人一同居住在台灣，而我開始投入研發各式甜點，教學分享與食譜書籍撰寫。我深信甜點應美如藝術品，有溫度，但製作不應複雜，才能將健康，幸福，與美味帶入每一個家庭。
❤️擅長運用任何食材，中西合併；不但能夠將烘焙過程化繁為簡，卻依然能呈現出法式一貫的優雅就是我的專長。
