In this episode, Lynn Tonini facilitates a conversation between three individuals who work with youth aging out of foster care by employing and mentoring them in a coffee shop: Bethany Priebe with Cultivate Coffee (Phoenix, AZ), Emily Schmidt with The Cracked Pot Coffee Shop (Mechanicsburg, PA), and Kamal Marell with The Monkey & The Elephant (Philadelphia, PA).
