The defense began presenting its witnesses, calling figures such as the defendant’s twin brother William, who testified under an immunity deal, and a forensic psychiatrist who analyzed Birchmore’s risk factors while admitting on cross-examination to lacking full context on Birchmore's forward-looking plans. Along with denying a defense motion for judgment of acquittal, the court prepared for jury instructions, with trial scheduling setting closing arguments for Friday, Nov 6th, following the defense's remaining witness presentations.RESOURCESSandra Birchmore Playlist - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLTfyXdbiRZ4A CBS News Article - https://www.cbsnews.com/boston/news/matthew-farwell-brother-william-sandra-birchmore-trial/ Farwell Trial Week One - https://youtu.be/Er-MZCPfKtALearn more about your ad choices.
