Drew and his family went out for a bike ride and it came to him, Lets do something POSITIVE that includes the number 19.  Just to make something positive happen.  It can be a 19 mile ride, a 19 minute walk, plant 19 plants, or do 190 reps of something.  Just do something that includes the number 19 and tag #COVID19Challenge @Breakthrough2Thrive @BeastNetPod

This is a challenge to increase your happiness and improve mental health.  You can challenge yourself, or just do something you enjoy.  Just do something that makes you happy.
