Mr. Michael Duncan is used to wearing many hats. A 15 year plus veteran of the hospitality industry he’s seen food trends come and go in Western Washington, he’s also had a career that has ebed and flowed from working as a bartender, to waiting to managing.  But, for our intents and purposes the hat that Mr. Duncan often dons is hamburger fanatic.
