The world now watches in horror as India struggles to cope with the second wave of the corona virus in India. The country is seeing a record number of new cases and people dying, many times due to oxygen scarcity. The US has promised help with stocks of vaccines or its raw materials but what more can be done. We speak to Dr Ashish Jha, dean at Brown University
